We start our problem-solving journeys by first taking a deep-dive into your business and creating a foundation of understanding that we can build on. Our team typically starts with a comprehensive S.W.O.T. analysis and a Customer Insights Workshop to gain an understanding of how your business operates today and how your customers feel about the products and services you offer.
Phase 2
Strategy & Planning
Let the brainstorming commence.
After hearing from your customers and learning about your business operations, we can focus in on a few areas to begin problem-solving. This phase will be focused on gathering and analyzing relevant data points (customer counts, revenue figures, operating expenses, etc.) to help us formalize our problem-solving plans.
Phase 3
Design & Testing
Now that we have analyzed important data points and gained an understanding of your top business goals, we can begin working collaboratively on building solutions to your toughest problems. No solution is a one-size-fits-all so this phase will also consist of some collaborative experimentation with you and your team.
Phase 4
Results Gathering
No problem-solving journey is complete without fully ensuring the problem has been solved and all parties are satisfied with the results. We provide regular check-ins after we have implemented our plans and solutions to evaluate the results make sure you, your team, and your customers love the results.
